Penny – Security
Penny is a Bernadoodle dog and has been working in security her whole life. She has been instrumental in identifying and vocalizing all security threats to Mantis Patent Law since our inception. Penny was our 2024 Employee of the Year, earning her the Green Mantis Trophy!
Andy – Reception
Andy is a Siamese cat and greets all of Mantis Patent Law’s visitors with respect and attention. He is a man of mystery, as there is no record of him before November of 2023, but he was hired immediately due to his excellent manners and positive attitude. Andy was our 2024 runner-up for Employee of the Year, earning him the Silver Mantis Award!
Ramsey – Patent Attorney
Ramsey Hilton is a licensed Patent Attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office with bar admission in Massachusetts. He has over 6 years of experience in patent preparation, patent prosecution, and patent landscape analysis in a diverse array of technical fields. These technical fields include lithium ion batteries, engineered surfaces, graphene production, activated carbon production, drug delivery, medical devices, and so much more! Ramsey also has 5 years of industry experience as a pipeline engineer. Ramsey holds a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law, a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Ramsey is also a licensed professional engineer in the state of Indiana.
